ソウル、韓国生まれ。
現在は日本を拠点に活動。2023年多摩美術大学絵画学科版画専攻卒業。2025年多摩美術大学大学院美術研究科博士前期課程絵画専攻版画修了。

線は私にとって、何かを説明するための形ではなく、身体の動きや反復のなかで自然に現れる感覚に近い。私は平面に描かれた線を木によって切り出し、空間の中に立ち上げることで、光と影の変化に応じて線が異なる形へと変化し続ける状態をつくり出している。木に刻まれた時間の痕跡と動き続ける影を通して、線は固定されたイメージではなく、生成と変化を繰り返す存在として現れる。

For me, a line is not a form used to explain something, but rather a sensation that emerges naturally through bodily movement and repetition. By carving lines drawn on a flat surface out of wood and raising them into space, I create a state where the lines continually transform into different shapes in response to the shifting of light and shadow.

Through the traces of time engraved in the wood and the ever-moving shadows, the line manifests not as a fixed image, but as an entity that undergoes a constant cycle of generation and change.
