中国・四川省生まれ、東京在住

現実と虚構のあいだに成立する「リアリティ」が、いかに構造的に生成されるのかを主題とする。信仰、占い、労働、アルゴリズムといった反復的なシステムが、検証不可能な事象に信憑性を与え、その過程において人々の判断や認識を形成していく構造に関心を持つ。
機械装置、運動機構、音を主な媒体とし、可動する構造体を構築している。金属グリッドを用いることで内部の運作を可視化し、「運作そのもの」を経験として提示する。同時に、工業製品や拾得物を組み合わせるブリコラージュ的な手法によって、構造の中に不安定さやズレを持続的に生じさせている。
観客は行為を通してそれらの構造に介入し、その過程で自身の位置や判断を調整することを求められる。意味はあらかじめ与えられるものではなく、経験の展開の中で徐々に立ち上がる。

Born in Sichuan Province, China; currently lives in Tokyo

My work explores how “reality” emerges structurally in the space between fiction and actuality. I am interested in repetitive systems such as belief, divination, labor, and algorithms, and in the ways unverifiable phenomena acquire credibility through these systems, shaping human perception and judgment in the process.

Using mechanical devices, kinetic structures, and sound as primary media, I construct moving assemblages that expose their own internal operations. By employing metal grids, I make these mechanisms visible, presenting “operation itself” as an experience rather than emphasizing function or outcome. At the same time, through a bricolage-like method that combines industrial products with found objects, I continuously introduce instability and slippage into the structure.

Viewers are invited to intervene in these systems through their actions, and in doing so, to negotiate and recalibrate their own position and judgment. Meaning is not predetermined, but gradually emerges through the unfolding of experience.
