【プロフィール】
井上魁（いのうえ かい）
2000年生まれ。愛媛県出身。
砥部焼の産地である愛媛県出身。幼少期より身近に陶芸を感じながらも、グラフィティやダンスなどのストリートカルチャーに関心を持つ。「陶」という不変性を持つ素材を用いて、ストリートカルチャー固有の身体的エネルギーや複層的なレイヤーを表現する。そして、複雑に変容する困難な時代の痕跡を作品として提示する。
【Profile】
Born in 2000 at Ehime Prefecture, the birthplace of Tobe pottery. While being familiar with ceramics since childhood, he is interested in street culture such as graffiti and dance. Using the immutable material of ""pottery,"" he expresses the physical energy and multi-layered layers inherent to street culture. He also presents traces of the complex and difficult times of transformation in his work.
