1987年、東京都生まれ。
油絵を描く父のもとで育ち、幼少期から絵に親しむ。
日本、イギリス、インドのルーツを持ち、異文化に触れるインターナショナルスクールと日本の公立学校で教育を受ける。多様な価値観の中で自身のアイデンティティを形づくり、卒業後はレンタカー店、金融業、バーテンダー、新聞配達、タクシードライバーなど様々な仕事を経験。人々や社会と深く関わってきた経験が、現在の創作活動に生きている。

2020年より画家として本格的に活動を開始。幾何学的な構成、自然物のモチーフ、鮮やかな色彩、力強い筆致を特徴とするスタイルを確立。作品には日常の中で感じ取った感覚や、人々との出会いから得た気づきが色濃く反映されている。

作家の根底にあるのは、家族や文化、伝統、土地など、自ら選んだのではなく、与えられたものへの誇りと覚悟である。過去から受け継いだものを礎に、今という営みが未来へとつながっていく。その時間の流れを見つめる姿勢が、一貫して作品に宿っている。生き方そのものを藝術と捉え、命の循環や土地の記憶を描き出すことを自身の表現の核としている。

Born in Tokyo in 1987, the artist was raised under the influence of a father who painted in oil, fostering a deep connection with art from an early age. With roots in Japan, the UK, and India, they received an education at both international schools and Japanese public schools, immersing themselves in diverse cultural perspectives. Through this rich tapestry of experiences, they shaped their identity. After graduation, the artist worked in various roles—ranging from a car rental clerk to a financial professional, bartender, newspaper delivery person, and taxi driver—gaining profound insights into people and society, all of which now inform their artistic practice.

In 2020, the artist began their career as a full-time painter, establishing a distinctive style characterized by geometric compositions, vibrant colors, natural motifs, and bold brushwork. Their works are deeply influenced by the sensations of everyday life and the revelations gained through encounters with people.

At the heart of the artist’s work is a deep pride and commitment to the elements of family, culture, tradition, and land—things not chosen but given. By grounding their practice in what has been inherited from the past, the artist connects the present to the future, embodying the flow of time in their art. Viewing life itself as art, they center their expression on themes of the cycle of life and the memory of the land.
