東京都生まれ、2004年東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科修士課程絵画専攻油画技法・材料研究分野修了
国内外での作品発表を続ける。東京藝術大学構内ギャラリー藝大アートプラザで展覧会キュレーションを手掛ける。

作品タイトルである「souvenir」という言葉は、[subvenire] を語源に持ち、心の中によみがえるもの、残るものを意味する。はじまりから終わりまで、下地を塗り重ねる手法で記憶や認識の在り方を体現する絵画を制作。

西洋絵画の下地製法をアレンジしたオリジナル技法により、絵画制作を行う。膠と胡粉をベースに淡い色層を重ねることで、色と光が現象として現れる絵画を目指す。作品タイトルの「souvenir」は、心の中によみがえる何かの痕跡を語源に持つ。鑑賞者と絵画の間に起こる関係性や変化により、記憶や感覚を喚起し、また同時にその不確かさを再考させる装置として絵画を捉える。

Continues to exhibit her works in Japan and abroad.

Curates exhibitions at the Geidai Art Plaza, a gallery on the campus of Tokyo University of the Arts.

She creates paintings using her original technique, which is an arrangement of the base technique of Western paintings. By layering light color layers on a base of glue and gofun, she aims to create paintings in which color and light appear as phenomena. The relationship and changes that occur between the viewer and the painting evoke memories and sensations, and at the same time, the painting is seen as a device that makes the viewer reconsider the uncertainty of the relationship.
