寝る時に目を閉じた暗さと、朝に目覚めた瞬間の明るさが同時に存在し、空間に静かに光が広がっていくような世界を探求している。
境界の曖昧な空間の中に、目に見えるものの奥に潜む記憶や感覚の層を捉え、それらを表出させる絵画を制作している。

moment of waking in the morning coexist, with light quietly expanding into space.
Within spaces of ambiguous boundaries, I create paintings that capture and bring to the surface the layers of memory and sensation that lurk behind what is visible.
