長年シルクスクリーンによる制作を続けてきたが、数年前にゴム版画の表現に魅了され、本格的に活動を開始。
作品にはあえて明確なメッセージや言葉にできる一貫したテーマを持たせず、制作の源泉にあるのは、ただ「美しい」「おもしろい」「怖い」といった原始的な感情。自身の心が強く揺さぶられた瞬間をそのままシンプルに版に込め、理屈を通さず、見る人の感性に直接訴えかけるような作品づくりを大切にしている。
年に数回の個展を開催し、作品発表を継続的に行うほか、その独特な世界観は多方面から高く評価され、有名アーティストのグッズデザインやライブビジュアル、有名ブランドとのコラボレーションなども手がける。
また、手彫りの版を使用したワークショップも精力的に開催。参加者が自由に組み合わせ、自らの手で新たなテキスタイルやオリジナル作品を生み出す「体験の場」を提供し続けている。

Rubber Print Artist / Art Director

After many years of working primarily in silk screen printing, the artist became captivated by the unique expressive potential of rubber printing several years ago and began pursuing it as a central part of their artistic practice.

Rather than assigning a clear message or a consistent, easily articulated theme to each work, their creative process is rooted in instinctive, primal emotions such as “beautiful,” “interesting,” and “frightening.” They translate moments that deeply stir their emotions directly and simply into hand-carved prints, without filtering them through logic or explanation. At the heart of their practice is a desire to create works that speak directly to the viewer’s senses and imagination.

The artist holds several solo exhibitions each year and continues to present new work on a regular basis. Their distinctive visual world has also received recognition across a wide range of creative fields, leading to collaborations on merchandise design and live visuals for renowned artists, as well as projects with prominent brands.

In addition, the artist actively organizes workshops using hand-carved printing blocks. These workshops offer participants a space to freely combine the blocks and, through the process of printing by hand, create their own original textiles and artworks. By placing importance on the experience of making, the artist continues to create opportunities for people to discover new forms of expression through their own hands.
